What About a Conditional Discharge?

As explained by Express Pardons, a conditional discharge is when someone is found guilty but not convicted. This means that the record that they will have is only temporary.  A conditional discharge will be automatically removed for all systems after three years.

Removing an Absolute Discharge from Your Record

Express Pardons explains that you cannot remove an absolute discharge from your record.  This is because the record from an absolute discharge is removed automatically after one year.  Nothing else can be done to remove the record before the one year mark but the record will automatically be removed after one year.
